TP Fitness was established in 2018 and grew from a passion of being a fitness professional. In September 2019 TP Fitness expanded and is now TP Fitness Gym & Personal Training which is a Ladies Only gym based in Whitley Bay. The atmosphere at TP Fitness is friendly and motivating whether your goal is general fitness or weight loss we can help. We have designed our gym around the things that matter most to our members:

About the Owners:
Having been working in the fitness industry since 2012, I have always been interested in how the body is effected by medical conditions. So I qualified in exercise referral along with Obesity and Diabetes in 2016. I have gained so much knowledge about the human body and I am honoured to share it and awe what exercise can and does do.
My Fitness Qualifications:
Diploma in Personal Training (Innovate Awarding)
Diploma in Exercise Referral (Active IQ)
Level 4 in Physical Activity and Weight Management for Obese and Diabetic Clients (Active IQ)
You may not see me in the gym however I am looking to build on the TP Fitness community outside of the gym this being through the TP Fitness Strava Club.
I have been a club runner for 7 years taking part in various running events representing Derwentside AC. I enjoy all aspects of running but feel most comfortable hitting the trails exploring woodland and fells. I entered my first ultra marathon in 2017 to raise funds for a charity close to my heart, and I have never looked back, opening my eyes to a new way of running and challenging myself to push through the mental and physical barriers.
I hope to share my passion for running with you all. For anyone who is just starting to those who are frequent runners. We would love to hear from you and grow our online community, so we can all share our past experiences and learn from each other.
