The aim for the club is to help promote activities outside of the gym environment and get people enjoying the great outdoors. Whether that be running, cycling, swimming or any other activity. We are hoping to use this page to help people by sharing knowledge and experiences as well as organising group activities and social events/challenges that all TP Fitness members can get involved with.
